Tacktick Battery Replacement Service

We are now offering a battery replacement service for your dead Tacktick which won't charge anymore.

The Order & Replacement Procedure

1. Place your order online
2. We will contact you and provide you with our Battery Service Address
3. Post your item in to us however you wish. (You pay for the postage as you get to choose how you want to send it) Please do not post it to the shop address, we will provide you with the service centre address.
4. Your Battery will be replaced within 2-3 days of receiving it and your Tacktick returned to the shipping address you gave us when you placed your order. 
5. The postage you are paying when you place the order is for the cost of returning the item to you with the speed you want it returned

DISCLAIMER

When we receive your tacktick we presume that it was in working order before the battery died. Our replacement service only replaces the battery, checks that it boots up and that the battery is working. In the case that the device battery replacement is unsuccessful and the device still isn't working it will be returned to you and you will be refunded. 

We cannot accept any liability for any other faults found when the battery is replaced as there are no other repairable or replaceable parts contained within the device. For example, the bearing wasnt changing.
